Resolution that the 1.0 FTE position (#497) of Administrative Clerk 1  in Compensation Group 32, Range 4 in the permanent salary detail of the Library budget is repealed and recreated as a 0.6 FTE Library Assistant 1 in Compensation Group 32, Range 5 thereof.   Additionally, increase the FTE of Library Assistant 1(#435) from 60% to 80%.
