Fiscal Note
The additional expense for 2014 is an estimated $1,900 for wages plus $380 for fringe benefit expense, or a total expense of an estimated $2,280.  Traffic Engineering will manage its salary savings in 2014 to accommodate the additional expense.  The full, annualized future expense is an estimated $6,551 for wages plus $1,310 for fringe benefit expense, or a total additional estimated cost of $7,861.  This funding will be included in future operating budgets of the Traffic Engineering agency, subject to Council approval.  No additional appropriation is required in 2014.
