NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Map Amendment 00121 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the CC (Commercial Center) District:

Lot 2, CSM 1578, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 28,648 square feet or 0.66 acres.
