This budget amendment adds a total of $200,000 in budget authority to the Assessable Drainage Improvements account.
The budget amendment needed is as follows:

Title
Amending the 2014 Stormwater Utility Capital Budget to add $200,000 of new budget authority to provide funding for a 100% assessable development project to be completed in 2014.
Body
WHEREAS, the Adopted 2014 Stormwater Utility Capital Budget Project 7 includes no budget authority in account 810387 (Assessable Drainage Improvements); and
WHEREAS, the project known as Cross Oak Drive (53W1726) has been supported by the City, as a project where the City would construct a new public street in a development and fully assess the costs of this construction back to the developer; and
WHEREAS, the estimated storm sewer costs associated with the construction of this roadway is $200,000; and
WHEREAS, an additional $200,000 of funding is needed to allow this project to proceed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 2014 Stormwater Utility Capital Budget is hereby amended to add an additional $200,000 in budget authority to account 810387 (Assessable Drainage Improvements).
