Parks Staff recommends approval, based on the following conditions:
 
1.      Aldermanic notification. (Alder. Larry Palm, district12@cityofmadison.com)\\ <mailto:district12@cityofmadison.com)\\>
2.      Organizers  will arrange a site plan meeting, at least two weeks in advance, with the East Parks Supervisor, (Craig Klinke,                                cklinke@cityofmadison.com <mailto:cklinke@cityofmadison.com>) and agree to any and all site recommendations he will make.
3.      Organizers will be responsible for full clean-up of any park areas used, immediately at the end of the event.
4.      Organizers will continue to coordinate their event with the Northside Planning Council.
5.      Organizers will apply for a Parade Permit (already done) and will work with Madison Police on traffic issues.
6      Organizers understand that no permanent marking of streets, paths, or sidewalks will be allowed - chalk may be used, but not spray paint, spray                chalk, or stickers.
7.      Organizers will provide a certificate of insurance covering this event, and naming the City of Madison as "additional insured."
8.      There will be no amplification at this event; no tents or structures will be set up in the park; there will be no driving or parking on the grass; no glass             containers will be brought to the park; no dogs will be brought to the park; nothing will be sold at the park.
9.      Fees will be paid and approved insurance will be on file no later than one week before the event.
