PREAMBLE:
The Engineering Division is the lead agency on a pending proposed Morrsion Ct Street Reconstruction Project that will ultimately convert now private Morrison Ct to a public street if approved by the Board of Public Works and the Common Council.
Prior to final approval of this proposed reconstruction project and establishing the assessment district, the City Engineer recommends the Board of Public Works and Common Council approve the proposed Morrison Ct geometrics.
The proposed geometrics are attached hereto and made part of this resolution.
BE IT RESOLVED that the geometrics for Morrison Ct, attached hereto and made part of this resolution, are hereby approved.
