The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00106 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to TR-U1 (Traditional Residential - Urban 1) District:
Section 78, Township 7N, Range 9E, part of northeast ¼ and part of Block 12 Wingra Plat. commencing at the northwest corner of said plat, then N47°30'E 403.8 feet, then S42°36'E 100 feet to point of beginning, then continue S42°36'E 140.2 feet to an iron stake on southeasterly line of Block 12, then S2°05'W along said line 85.5 feet to an iron stake on north line of Arbor Drive, then S47°35'W along Arbor Drive 120.8 feet, then N42°25'W 200.78 feet, then N47°30'E 180.32 feet to point of beginning.
