DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:    To change the zoning of property located at 1802 Legacy Lane from TR-C4 (Traditional Residential - Consistent 4) District to SR-C3 (Suburban Residential - Consistent 3) District to rezone vacant lot for future two-family-twin residence (Southern Ridge, Lot 16)

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Map Amendment 00110 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to SR-C3 (Suburban Residential - Consistent 3) District:
 
Southern Ridge Plat, Lot 16
