The estimated annualized cost for the reallocation is $4,181 for wages, plus $836 for fringe benefits, or a total additional expense of $5,017. The Traffic Engineering 2014 adopted operating budget anticipates the reallocation and includes the additional funding. No additional appropriation is required.
