Amending Section 28.031(2)(d) of the Madison General Ordinances to allow for an exception to the sidewall offset requirement for two-family homes.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This amendment adds two-family homes to the exception to the sidewall offset requirement, which applies if windows, doors, or other architectural features are provided to articulate the appearance of the façade.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subdivision (d) of Subsection (2) entitled "Sidewall Offset" of Section 28.031 entitled "General Provisions for Residential Districts" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended to read as follows:
"(d) Single and two-family homes, if windows, doors, or other architectural features are provided to articulate the appearance of the façade."
