Adopting and confirming Revision No. 285 of the Madison General Ordinances as of December 15, 2013 to incorporate the changes pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 66.0103.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance updates the Madison General Ordinances through December 15, 2013. In lieu of referring this ordinance to the subsequent Common Council meeting, we are requesting the Common Council adopt this revision ordinance under suspension of the rules. This procedural change will make the new MGO text available to the public more quickly.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
All of Revision No. 285 of the Madison General Ordinances, as of December 15, 2013, incorporating the changes made by Ordinance Numbers ORD-13-00152 through ORD-13-00212 and CHA-13-00005 are hereby adopted in its entirety and Volumes I, II, III and IV as revised through December 15, 2013 be confirmed in all respects.
Revision No. 285 is published in pamphlet form by direction of the Common Council of the City of Madison, in accordance with Wis. Stat. § 66.0103.
