DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:    Change the zoning of property located at 2405 Vondron Road from Temp A (Agricultural) District to IL (Industrial - Limited) District to provide zoning for recently attached property to be developed with an office building.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Map Amendment 00100 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the IL (Industrial - Limited) District:
 
A parcel of land located in the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 7 North, Range 10 East, in the City of Madison and Town of Blooming Grove, Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 15; thence South 88°25'40" West, along the southerly line of said Southeast 1/4, 1322.47 feet; thence North 00°41'14" West, 400 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing North 00°41'14" West, 28.60 feet; thence North 88°25'40" East, 310.11 feet (recorded as 310.5 feet); thence North 00°33'58" West, 390.74 feet (recorded as 393.5 feet); thence North 88°18'52" East, 386.56 feet (recorded as 386.9 feet); thence South 01°41'56" East, 420.5 feet (recorded as 422.0 feet); thence South 88°25'40" West, 704.33 feet (recorded as 705.35 feet) to the beginning, containing 2.98 acres.
