DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:    Change the zoning of property located at 80 White Oaks Lane from  A (Agricultural) District to SR-C1 (Suburban Residential - Consistent 1) District to create 8 single family lots and 1 outlot for private open space.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Map Amendment 00096 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District:
 
T7N R8E, Sec 36, commencing  at the Southeast Corner of Lot 41 of Green Tree Hills Plat, thence  
S89°20'57" West 197.19 feet to the  point of beginning, thence North  00°46"41' East 399.89 feet, thence S88°30'25" West 466.8 feet to East Line 2nd Addition to Greentree Hills Plat, thence South along said East Line 400 feet more or less to the Southeast corner of Lot 168 of 2nd Addition to Greentree Hills, thence North 89°20'57" East 466.8 feet to point of beginning, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin containing  4.3 Acres.
