Costs for 2014 are projected at $3,423, or $3,924 including benefits.  Funding will be made available by the management of salary savings.  Based upon a comparison of maximums, long term annualized costs are estimated at $7,036, or $8,067 including benefits.  Costs will be incorporated into future year operating budgets, as appropriate.
