DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance approves an Amended General Development Plan to allow future construction of 8 townhouse units in 2 buildings on the site of an existing pool at 7102 Discovery Lane.

      1.      WHEREAS, an Amended General Development Plan has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council and is hereby made an integral component of the zoning district regulations.

      NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:

Map Amendment 00093 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

"28.022-00093.  An Amended Planned Development District General Development Plan is hereby approved for the following described property:

Lot 2, Certified Survey Map Number 11419, recorded in Volume 69 of Certified Survey Maps on pages 200-203 as Document Number 4064297, Dane County Registry, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 33,763 square feet (0.78 acres)."
