NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Map Amendment 00095 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the SR-V2 (Suburban Residential-Varied 2) District:

Part of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 4928, recorded in the Dane County Register of Deeds as Document No. 1934981, located in the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 30, T8N, R10E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the North ¼ corner of said Section 30; thence along the north line of said NW ¼,
N 87°59’37” W, 886.25 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 00°50’12” E, 587.48 feet to the northerly right of line of Tennyson Lane; thence along said northerly right of way line, N 87°50’02” W, 455.95 feet; thence along the arc of a curve concaved northeasterly having a radius of 15.00 feet and a long chord bearing N 42°46’58” W, a distance of 21.19 feet; thence N 02°16’05” E, 570.45 feet to said north line of the NW ¼; thence along said north line, S 87°59’37” E, 439.13 feet to the point of beginning.
