NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00091 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the DC (Downtown Core) District:
Northeast 32 feet of Lot Eight (8), and all of Lot Nine (9), Block One Hundred Six (106), in the (Pritchette) original plat of Madison, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, Containing 15,866 Square Feet or 0.36 Acres.
