The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Map Amendment 00089 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
 
"28.022-00089.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the TR-V2 (Traditional Residential - Varied 2) District and added to the TSS (Traditional Shopping Street) District:
 
1146 Williamson Street:  The Southwest 1/2 of Lot 11, Block 184, Farwell's Replat of a Part of The Village of Madison, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, said parcel containing 4,356 square feet.
 
1148 Williamson Street:  The Northwest 40 Feet of the Southwest 1/2 of Lot 10 together with the Northeast 1/2 of Lot 11, Block 184, Farwell's Replat of a Part of The Village of Madison, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, said parcel containing 5,676 square feet."
