The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00088 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00088. The following described property is hereby omitted from the PD (Planned Development) District and added to the TR-C3 (Traditional Residential - Consistent District 3) District:
Lots 4-28 Mosaic Ridge Plat, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. This parcel contains 124,230 square feet or 2.9 acres."
