MAUREEN K. O'GRADY (18th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Technical Advisor-Non-Voting. Ms. O'Grady owns and operates a home-based clothing business. She succeeds Liliana Fabela who assumed a Citizen-Voting position.
