Fiscal Note

The Fire Department's operating budget includes funding for this contract.  

Title

Authorizing the execution of  a contract with Image Trend, Inc for the Fire Department incident reporting system.

Body

The Fire Department incident reporting system was purchased with grant funds from Image Trend, Inc.  The annual cost of hosting and support for the system is estimated at $40,000. Funding for the Fire Department is contained in the Fire Department Operating Budget.

The contract term will be for three years with three, one year options to extend.

WHEREAS, the Fire Department needs hosting and support for the incident reporting system.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Council approves a contract with Image Trend for up to six years for the Fire incident reporting system.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the contract.
