DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance changes the zoning of property located at 3802 Packers Avenue from SR-C1 to PD(GDP) for a future senior independent living and assistant-living development.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
1.      Map Amendment 00081 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to PD(GDP) Planned Development (General Development Plan) District:
 
Part of Lots 1 and 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 4928, recorded in the Dane County Register of Deeds as Document No. 1934981, located in the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 30, T8N, R10E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the North ¼ corner of said Section 30; thence along the north line of said NW ¼,
N 87°59'37" W, 293.14 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 00°50'12" E, 589.14 feet to the northerly right of line of Tennyson Lane; thence along said northerly right of way line,
N 87°50'02" W, 593.19 feet; thence N 00°50'12" W, 587.48 feet to said north line of the NW ¼; thence along said north line, S 87°59'37" E, 593.11 feet to the point of beginning. This parcel contains 348,503 square feet or 8.00 acres."
