Establishing Burr Jones Field Park as a No Alcohol Park.

Whereas, the Park Commission has authority to establish rules for the parks system; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Park Commissioners establishes that it is a violation of Park Rules for any person to sell, give away, possess or consume any alcohol beverages within Burr Jones Field Park, except by a permit issued by the Parks Division.
