Body

Whereas, the Park Commission has authority to establish rules for the parks system; and

Whereas, the Demetral Park shelter and a fifty (50) foot radius surrounding the shelter is currently a No Alcohol area of the park; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Park Commissioners establishes that it is a violation of Park Rules for any person to sell, give away, possess or consume any alcohol beverages within Demetral Park, except by a permit issued by the Parks Division.
