The estimated additional cost for the remainder of 2013 is $1,287 for salary expense, plus marginal additional benefit expense of $257, or a total cost of $1,544. These expenses will be accommodated within the current Building Inspection operating budget. The full, annualized future estimated expense is $7,579 for salary expense, plus $1,516 for additional marginal benefit expense, or a total of $9,095. Such funding will need to included in future operating budgets, subject to Common Council approval.

Recreate the position (#643) of Zoning Administrator, currently in CG18, Range 12, in CG18, Range 14 in the Building Inspection Division, and reallocate the incumbent (M. Tucker) to the new position.

Resolution that position #463, currently occupied by M. Tucker, of "Zoning Administrator" in Compensation Group 18, Range 12, in the permanent salary detail of the Building Inspection Division budget, is deleted and recreated as a "Zoning Administrator" in Compensation Group 18, Range 14, and that the incumbent is reallocated to the new position, thereof.
