The estimated additional cost for the remainder of 2013 is $1,188 for salary expense, plus marginal additional benefit expense of $238, or a total cost of $1,426. These expenses will be accommodated within the current Planning Division operating budget. The full, annualized future estimated expense is $6,481 for salary expense, plus $1,296 for additional marginal benefit expense, or a total of $7,777. Such funding will need to included in future operating budgets, subject to Common Council approval.

Recreate the position (#626) of Planner 2, currently in CG18, Range 08, in CG18, Range 10 in the Planning Division, and reallocate the incumbent (T. Parks) to the new position.

Resolution that position #626, currently occupied by T. Parks, of "Planner 2" in Compensation Group 18, Range 08, in the permanent salary detail of Planning Division Budget, is deleted and recreated as a "Planner 3" in Compensation Group 18, Range 10, and that the incumbent is reallocated to the new position, thereof.
