Conrad, of "Housing Assistance Program Supervisor" in Compensation Group 18, Range 07, in the permanent salary detail of the Community Development Authority - Housing Operations Unit budget, is deleted and recreated as a "Housing Assistance Program Supervisor" in Compensation Group 18, Range 08, and that the incumbent is reallocated to the new position, thereof.
