Body

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  The zoning code does not specifically list ATMs as a use of land, and they do not fit within the definition of "Walk-Up Service Window" or "Vending Machine." This amendment makes them conditional uses in the DC and UMX districts, and permitted uses in the Mixed-Use and Commercial, Employment, Parks and Recreation, and Airport districts, and establishes supplemental regulations regulating their appearance which apply in the DC, UMX, LMX, NMX and TSS districts.
