Body

WHEREAS, on March 5, 2013  the MREC VH Madison Investors, LLC, hereinafter the "Developer" had entered into a Contract For the Construction of Public Improvements that will be accepted by the City of Madison with the City of Madison, and;

WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting to modify the existing Contract For the Construction of Public Improvements that will be accepted by the City of Madison to include street lighting on Big Dipper Drive, which was not included in the original contract.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute Addendum No. 1 for Town Center Addition to Grandview Commons - Phase I Utilities, Contract No. 2330, with MREC VH Madison Investors, LLC.
