Title
Amending Section 12.129(1) of the Madison General Ordinances to remove the exception that allowed motor buses to park on streets in residence districts.
Body
DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This amendment removes the exception that allows motor buses to park on streets in residence districts.  In doing so, this amendment addresses citizen complaints that motor buses, including school buses, parked on residential streets overnight and over weekends create congestion and safety issues on those residential streets.
