Body
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources has issued a "General Permit to Discharge under the Wisconsin Pollutant Discharge Elimination System " to the Madison sewer Utility (WPDES Permit No. WI-0047341-04-0). Current permit expires on 12/31/2015. Effective January 1, 2006, the compliance maintenance requirements of Ch. NR208, Wisconsin Administrative Code applies to the owners of sanitary sewer collection systems covered by a WPDES permit. A Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR) shall be completed and submitted by June 30th of 2013.
