PREAMBLE:   
 
The City is proposing to use alum treatment of storm water at the Marion Dunn Pond.  The City of Madison Engineering has selected Montgomery Associates through a Request For Proposals process.  Therefore would enter into a design engineering contract with Montgomery Associates.  The consultant's services include field data collection and storm water sampling, jar testing, laboratory analysis, and equipment and instrumentation selection.  
 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract between the City of Madison and Montgomery Associates for engineering services for alum treatment of storm water at the Marion Dunn Pond.
