Section 28.131(2)(b) of the Zoning Code requires approval of a conditional use for an accessory building greater than 576 square feet in a TR zoning district.
Section 28.032(1) of the Zoning Code identifies accessory dwelling units as a conditional use in all residential zoning districts.
