Fiscal Note

The proposed salary of $110,000, plus benefit expense, is included in the Planning Division 2013 adopted operating budget.  No additional appropriation is required.

Body

WHEREAS, Mayor Soglin has appointed Katherine K. Cornwell to the position of Planning Division Director and has recommended to the Common Council that  her appointment be confirmed; and

WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Ms. Cornwell,

NOW THEREFORE, be resolved that Ms. Cornwell's appointment to the position of Planning Division Director is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and the City Clerk's office are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Ms. Cornwell.
