Fiscal Note

The Treasurer's salary will be based upon an annualized rate of $101,407.28.  Funding is available within the 2013 Treasurer's Office Operating Budget.

Body

WHEREAS, Mayor Soglin has appointed David M. Gawenda to the position of City Treasurer and has recommended to the Common Council that his appointment be confirmed; and

WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Gawenda

NOW THEREFORE, be resolved that Mr. Gawenda's appointment to the position of City Treasurer is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and the City Clerk's office are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Gawenda
