This resolution increases the budget authority in Project 8 "Aerial Photo / Orthophotos" of the 2013 Engineering-Other Capital Budget.  The additional costs will be entirely funded through contributions from other municipalities.

Title
Amending the 2013 Capital Budget of City Engineering to allow an increase of $20,000 in budget authority for the Aerial Photography Project with costs to be offset by contributions from neighboring municipalities.  
Body
 
WHEREAS, the 2013 Capital Budget of City Engineering includes $50,000 of budget authority within "Engineering - Other Projects #8, Agency 810650" for a project to update the City's GIS base mapping aerial photography, and;
 
WHEREAS, Neighboring Municipalities wish to expand the project limits and contribute the cost for their pro rata share of the project.  
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 2013 Capital Budget of City Engineering is hereby amended to add an additional $20,000 of budget authority for the Aerial Photography Project with costs to be offset by contributions from neighboring municipalities.  
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to enter into any necessary agreements and/or the City Engineer is allowed to accept payments from the cooperating municipalities.
