WHEREAS, RES-11-00967 (File 24475) authorized the application and acceptance of a $400,000 EPA Assessment grant to fund the inventory, environmental assessment, and remediation planning for brownfield properties throughout the City, focusing on the target areas identified through the City's BREWD program; and
 
WHEREAS, the City has been awarded a $400,000 grant from the EPA to undertake this work and so there needs to be a budget established for this project.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 2013 Capital Budget of Planning, Community and Economic Development is hereby amended to create a $400,000 project to track the revenues and expenses related to this grant.
