Title
Amending Section 16.01(2) of the Madison General Ordinances to be consistent with an adopted ordinance on the composition of the Long-Range Transportation Planning Committee.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This is really part of the Attorney’s Revisor’s Ordinance, but since it is amending a charter ordinance, it should be voted on separately. Legistar No. 18267, adopted some two years ago, made a change in the composition of the LRTPC by having only two members of the Plan Commission serve on the LRTPC. A corresponding change to sec. 16.01(2), MGO, was never made. This ordinance makes that change to the two ordinances are consistent.
