Fiscal Note
This project is included in the 2013 Executive Capital Budget.  The actual construction, estimated to cost $2,985,786.50, will not take place until 2013.  Some of the estimated $175,000 easement acquisition may occur in 2012 but there is sufficient budget authority to cover those costs until the 2013 Capital Budget is adopted.  
 
The funding for this project will be in the following accounts:

ESTM-58130-810514-00-53W1399: $175,000                         Willow Creek Relief Storm - Easement Acquisition

Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
 
1)      That the plans and specifications for University Relief Storm Phase 4, be and are hereby approved.
 
2)      That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
 
3)      That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.  City Engineering and Real Estate are authorized to proceed to create the needed Relocation Order subject to future council approval of that work.
