I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments. Committee applications for mayoral appointments are attached. Statement of Interest forms are on file for these appointees where applicable.
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION COMMISSION
MARGARET M. MCINNIS, 3822 Cherokee Dr., 53711 (10th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. McInnis is a legislative staff for the Wisconsin State Assembly and a courier for Stroud, Willink & Howard, LLC. She succeeds Tonya A.Ellis-Tharpe.

COMMISSION ON PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
LORRY B. BOND, 641 W. Main St. #301, 53703 (4th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Bond has a B.A. in Social Work and an M.S in Counselor Education. She previously served on this committee as well as the ADA Transit Subcommittee to the TPC. She succeeds Gregory B. Banks.

SARAH L. BAEBLER, 2929 Curry Pkwy. #6, 53717 (14th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Baebler is an Accessibility Tester with Edgewood College.
She sits on several boards for the National Federation of the Blind. Ms. Baebler succeeds Earl G. Bailey.

MIKAEL C. SNITKER-MAGIN, 1705 Capital Ave., 53705 (19th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Snitker-Magin is a Rehabilitation Counselor and Educational Consultant. He succeeds Jason T. Glozier.

JEAN M. MACCUBBIN, 3530 Heather Crest, 53705 (11th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Community Representative. First Appointed 6-21-2011.

RACHEL E. KRINSKY, 5301 Coney Weston Pl., 53711 (20th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Citizen Member. Ms, Krinsky currently holds the position of Mayor's Representative and has served since 6-21-2011. She succeeds Nancy E. Fey.

MATT YOUNKLE, 738 Lorillard Ct. #209, 53703 (4th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a two-year term to the position of Economic Development Committee Representative or Economic Development Experience. Mr. Younkle currently serves on the Economic Development Committee. He succeeds Carlos E. Guice.

MMSD Recommendation:
NANCY L. KIERALDO, 4409 Vale Circle, 53711 (10th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of School Superintendent or Representative. Ms. Kieraldo is a Librarian Teacher Leader for the Madison Metropolitan School District. She succeeds Beth Moss.

ROBERT H. KELLER, 7310 Longmeadow Rd., 53717 (19th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Owner of Taxable Commercial Property. Mr. Keller is self-employed with the Keller Real Estate Group.
SISTER CITY COLLABORATION COMMITTEE
ENRIQUE GANDARA, 7805 Starr Grass Dr., 53719 (1st A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Gandara is an Economic Development Consultant with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection. He succeeds Benjamin R. Manski.

RICHARD L. SLAYTON, 821 W. Lakeside St., 53715 (13th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Design Professional. First Appointed 3-27-2007.

VENDING OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
MARLYS M. MILLER, 5717 Bartlett Lane, 53711 (20th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Citizen-Voting. Ms. Miller is the editor of a business-to-business agricultural publication. She is involved with the Southwest Economic Development Committee and the Southwest Community Garden. Ms. Miller succeeds Karen A. Foxgrover who served 10+ years.
