Title
Amending Section 34.105 of the Madison General Ordinances to increase the late fee for Madison Fire Department licenses.
Body
DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This proposal increases the late fee for Madison Fire Department (MFD) licenses from 15 % to 25%.  In addition, a license that is renewed after July 31 of each year would be subject to a 50% late fee.  These changes would make the MFD late fee consistent with other late fees for licenses under Chapter 9, MGO.
