PREAMBLE

The City of Madison is proposing to have the existing overhead utility lines owned by MG&E and AT&T undergrounded on S. Ingersoll Street adjacent to the proposed Central Park project adjacent to 202 S. Ingersoll Street. The City of Madison will fund the cost to underground the existing utilities.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute agreements with MG&E and AT&T for the undergrounding of the overhead utilities along S. Ingersoll Street adjacent to Central Park.
