DISCUSSION ITEM: Stencil City-approved locations on the outer Capitol Square

Stencil City-approved locations on the outer Capitol Square for street musicians and novelty vendors, such as face painters and those who make balloon hats, and some types of performance artists. Consider the establishment of permits for the above with a fee of not more than ten dollars ($10.00) per street vending year beginning on April 15 and ending the following April 14th. The permits would be approved and issued by the Street Vending Coordinator. These permits would be subject to City of Madison regulation, with parameters described in ordinance language.
