PREAMBLE

Both resolutions listed the incorrect consultant that was selected to perform the work.  Upon further review it was determined that Council authorization was not necessary to contract for the purchase of these services.  The contracts may be executed by the City's Purchasing Agent in accordance with MGO 4.26(3).

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that resolution RES-12-00609 (file ID 27090, Group A Street and Sewer Reconstruction project surveys) and resolution RES-12-00610 (file ID 27091, Group B Street and Sewer Reconstruction project surveys) are hereby rescinded.
