PREAMBLE
The areas listed in the fiscal note are scheduled for reconstruction in 2013. City staff will design the proposed improvements. A field survey is required for the design process. Pursuant to City Ordinances and Policies, the City Engineer advertised for consultant proposals, reviewed the submitted proposals, and recommended the contract be awarded to with Royal Oak & Associates Inc.
NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED
that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with with Royal Oak & Associates Inc for surveying services for 2012 Group A Street and Sewer Reconstruction projects.
