The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

      Subdivision (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 3.54 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by creating the classification of "Streets/PW Strategic Initiatives Coordinator" in Compensation Group 18, Range 12, thereof.
