I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments. Committee applications for mayoral appointments are attached. Statement of Interest forms are on file for these appointees where applicable.

ASTRA IHEUKUMERE, 210 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. #403 - appoint to the position of Mayor or Designee.

ARLENE SILVEIRA, 5760 Barbara Dr. Fitchburg - appointed to the position of MMSD Board of Education Member.

ERIK KASS, 3017 Edenberry St., Fitchburg - will continue as MMSD School Superintendent or Representative

County Executive appointment:
KEVIN GOULD, 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way, 53713 - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of County Appointee. Mr. Gould is the Interim Center Executive Director and succeeds William DiCarlo.

NORTHPORT-WARNER PARK-SHERMAN NEIGHBORHOOD PUBLIC ART AD HOC SELECTION COMMITTEE
LORIE WALKER, 1529 Lake View Ave., 53704 (18th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Northside Planning Council. Ms. Walker currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Northside Planning Council.
MARCIA YAPP, 525 Troy Dr., 53704 (18th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Community Artist or Public Art Professional. Ms. Yapp is an Artist in Residence at The Backyard Mosaic Women's Project. She is a member of both the Northside Artists Group and Northside ARt and Design Group.
ALEXIS LONDON, 1825 Melrose St., 53704 (12th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Community Artist or Public Art Professional. Ms. London is a Field Services Director with VSA Wisconsin. In addition, she is a member of the Northside Art and Design Group.
JEFF AFFELDT, 1529 Lake View Ave., 53704 (18th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Northport-Warner Park-Sherman Neighborhood Resident. Mr. Affeldt has been a Northside resident for the past 18 years and is a self-employed graphic designer.
KIRA MILANICH, 3741 Johns St., 53714 (16th A.D) - appoint to the position of Area Business Owner. Ms. Milanich has owned and operated Massage East for the past eight years.
