PREAMBLE
WHEREAS, The City of Madison, has proposed a project to reconstruct the Block 101 Alley from East Washington Avenue to East Mifflin Street in 2012. Plans, specifications and the schedule of assessments for the Block 101 Alley Reconstruction Assessment District - 2012 were previously approved under RES-12-00333, ID No: 25435 on May 15, 2012; and,
WHEREAS, as while of developing final plans and coordinating with adjacent property owners, it has been determined that certain changes to the plans for the Block 101 Alley Reconstruction project would improve the design and better serve the adjacent properties and the traveling public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the revisions to the Plans and Specifications for the Block 101 Alley Reconstruction Assessment District - 2012 are hereby approved.
