The 2012 Parks Division Adopted Operating Budget includes funding of $22,500 for the program administration fee associated with this contract. No additional appropriation is required.

Body
WHEREAS, the City has hired the Madison School and Community Recreation (MSCR) section of the Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) to provide recreation programs in the Warner Park Community and Recreation Center (WPCRC) since WPCRC's opening; and
 
WHEREAS, the affiliation has been beneficial and the City wishes to continue having MSCR provide programming in 2012 to persons utilizing the WPCRC facility.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City with MMSD for the provision of recreational service programs at WPCRC for 2012, with two additional one year renewal options.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That all such agreements shall be in a form approved by the Risk Manager and the City Attorney.
