PREAMBLE
The property known as 3901 Hanson Road owed outstanding sewer area charges to the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District in the amount of $44,743.06. The City of Madison Sewer Utility is obligated to collect these charges on behalf of the District. The property owner was unaware of the outstanding charges and requested the City to pay the amount and levy a special assessment against the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sum so charged to 3901 Hanson Road be and is hereby assessed and levied upon said property payable by the owner of 3901 Hanson Road as determined by the Board of Public Works, and in accordance with its recommendations, the amount so charged to 3901 Hanson Road so benefited being as follows, to wit:
